Frosties Glide Fast at Trapp's Eastern Cup and Lake Placid Loppet

This is an excerpt of an email from Cam to the Juniors and Masters after competing at Trapp's Eastern Cup Race and the Lake Placid Loppet last weekend.

I want to give some well deserved shout-outs to all the racers of last week. Will, Rick, and Kelsey competed in their first ever 15k and looked super strong even despite worsening classic conditions! Mia and Lisa both stood on the podium and won some delicious Lake Champlain chocolates after both skiing a fabulous race. Britta and Alia tore up the weekend as well, both of them beating several college racers! Meanwhile in Lake Placid Bill threw down a first place finish for his age in the Lake Placid Loppet and a 9th place overall!!! 

Glad to see y'all putting the hard training to work and capitalizing on your summer and fall efforts!

So this weekend will follow the same progression that we have been on, recovering after a weekend of racing and then ramping up for another weekend of racing.
